Project Description

Project Description

Wildhood is a mobile application that encourages children to learn about their neighborhood through a game of discovery, collection, and creative expression. Wildhood utilizes children's engagement with technology to drive them outside, where they learn about their surroundings through a new lens. Children and their caretakers discover local landmarks, photograph them, and transform the photographs into wild creatures. Over time, children build their own fantasy world reflecting the places they visit and the creatures they imagine, learning about their neighborhood every step of the way.
