Project Description

Two Wings is a creative campaign produced by an international team of animators, designers and musicians, to advocate for LGBT refugees and asylum seekers. Two Wings is an advocacy campaign for LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered) refugees and asylum seekers. The figure on the right wears a blue jacket and a white headscarf. Both have dark hair and simple facial features. The background includes sketched tree outlines and a textured wall with diagonal lines.Four cartoon figures stand against a dark blue background. Three are wearing head coverings resembling keffiyehs or ghutras. The fourth figure wears sunglasses and a light-colored shirt. Behind them, a white fence separates them from a cityscape with a tall tower and several buildings. The figures are stylized and evenly spaced.Three stylized figures walk across a rain-streaked street. The leftmost figure wears a green shirt and yellow shorts, carrying a dark bag. The middle figure wears a gray coat with an orange scarf and blue pants. The rightmost figure wears a brown coat and dark pants. All figures have dark silhouettes and are depicted with simple geometric shapes and solid colors. The street is wet, with white lines suggesting rain falling. A gray fence runs along the left side of the street, and a gray pole stands near the fence.A stylized image of a woman’s profile in yellow, facing right, is superimposed on a background of purple silhouettes of raised arms. The woman’s hair is visible, and her shoulders and upper chest are outlined in yellow. The silhouettes are layered, with some appearing behind or partially obscured by the yellow figure. The image is rendered in a graphic or vector style, with solid colors and distinct outlines. The image shows a poster with a light green background. At the top, two black silhouettes of people holding hands stand against a blue-green rectangular shape. Below them, a group of smaller black silhouettes are positioned near a palm tree and a small orange ball. Text on the left reads “WE ARE EVERYWHERE” in bold black letters. Below that, a paragraph of smaller black text provides context. At the bottom right, a red logo with the words “Two Wings” in white cursive script is visible. The image displays a grid of purple heart shapes on a white background. The hearts are arranged in rows and columns, creating a visually uniform pattern. Above the hearts, the text "WE ARE EVERYWHERE" is printed in a simple, sans-serif font. Below the hearts, a small green heart is visible. In the bottom right corner, a red rectangular logo contains the white text "True Love."The image is a poster with a light peach background. At the top, there are three figures: two soldiers in khaki uniforms flanking a woman in a light-colored dress and a man in a blue jacket and white pants. The soldiers are holding rifles, and the woman has a red headscarf. The figures are drawn in a sketch style. Below the figures, the text "WE ARE EVERYWHERE" is printed in bold capital letters. Underneath this title is a paragraph of text. At the bottom right corner, a blue rectangular logo reads "Two Wings" in white cursive letters, with "ZWINGS ORB" written below it in smaller white letters. Two black silhouettes stand side by side against a light blue background, holding hands. The figure has dark hair with bangs and a triangular nose. The background is a lighter shade of purple, with a circular design behind the figure’s head. The image displays a collection of thin, curved purple lines against a light gray background. The lines vary in thickness and create a sense of movement and randomness across the image. Some lines overlap, while others form loose, irregular shapes. The lines are not uniformly straight or curved, adding to the dynamic and somewhat chaotic appearance of the design. The light gray background provides a neutral backdrop that allows the purple lines to be the focal point of the image. No text or other objects are present in the image.
