Project Description

Project Description

Tide is a wellness-led scheduling app designed for virtual workers.

Three smartphones display different screens: one shows “Good Morning, Aval!” with “3 meetings and 5 tasks today,” another displays “Good Morning, Aval!” with “3 meetings and 5 tasks today,” and the third shows “Break Suggestions: Favorites.” All screens display a blue circular icon and text related to wellness and productivity. The “tide” logo appears in the bottom left corner.

A dark gray laptop is open on a gray concrete surface, displaying a webpage titled “Experience the power of wellness-led work routine.” Three smartphones are shown on the laptop’s screen: one white, one light blue, and one dark gray. The laptop is positioned near a black smartphone with a blue screen displaying “Lite,” and a black smartphone with a white screen displaying “Lite” is partially visible behind the laptop. A vertical striped wall in dark brown and beige tones forms the backdrop.

Nine smartphones are arranged in a 3x3 grid, each displaying a blue Tide mobile app interface. The screens show various features including “Good Morning, Aw!” prompts, “Pause and recharge,” “Last week’s highlights,” and “90%.” One phone displays “Moments of…” while another shows “Moments of…” and a third displays “Moments of…” with a “Daily” indicator.

A smartphone displays a light blue screen with the text "Pause and Recharge" and "It's break time!" Next to it, an Apple Watch shows a message: “Hey Avai! Would you like to add an extra break?” The watch’s display also shows “TIDE” at the top and “9:55” below it. A black screen titled “Break Suggestions” lists “Favorites” including “Mindfulness” and “Movement,” along with “Categories” including “Creativity” and “Brain Strengthening.”

A smartphone displays a monthly work/personal balance screen showing 89% work hours and 11% personal hours. A white Apple Watch with a white band is positioned to the right of the phone. Both devices are set against a black background.

The image shows a billboard mounted on the side of a light brown brick building. The billboard is white with blue text that reads "Work for you." A smaller Tide logo is visible in the bottom right corner. Centered on the billboard is an illustration of a person sitting at a desk, working on a laptop. The building features decorative stonework on its facade.

A cream-colored tote bag with the word "tide" in blue letters is held by a person wearing a light beige sweater. The bag has a white tag attached to its top right corner. To the right, a white t-shirt hangs from a white hanger. The t-shirt displays the words "Stay Afloat" in blue letters, with a small oval graphic below reading "Your wellness partner for work."

A car window displays a magazine featuring a woman seated at a desk with a laptop. The magazine’s title reads “tide,” and the text reads: “How to make the most of your workday—from home.” A sign beside the window reads “Experience the benefits of a healthy work routine.”

A smartphone displays a Tide app interface with four profile pictures: a white profile picture labeled “The Positive Impact of Making Wellness a Central Part of Your Workday,” a blue profile picture labeled “Young People Are Leaving Their Jobs in Record Numbers,” a pink profile picture labeled “How Burnout Affects Your Work Performance,” and a white profile picture labeled “Tune in Today.” The Tide app interface includes options for Resources, Community, Ambassadors, Workday, and Social Impact. The phone’s screen also shows a profile picture of a woman with text reading “Your Wellness-Led Partner for Work.”
