Project Description

Project Description

Tedi Galli (a narrow, winding street) is a smart phone application designed to connect local commuters in the city of Mumbai, enabling them to share everyday traffic and alternate route information. Tedi Galli tells you the smartest ways to navigate Mumbai. It gives local commuters a platform to share traffic alerts and alternate routes through text, photos, audio and video. Navigation is centered around well-known landmarks, like parks, restaurants, famous buildings or monuments, marked on an image-based GPS. Tedi Galli can be used to acquire the best routes, to get live traffic information, report traffic or just to know the city a little better!
