Project Description

SOBREMESA is a community platform in Panama dedicated to local food research and education. Our mission is to bridge the gap between sustainable agriculture and the culinary world. Through our network of local farmers and chefs, we create opportunities to learn about and experience our local food, always through the lens of ecology and with the vision to preserve our land and culture.
