Project Description

Project Description

A platform for artists to easily create virtual exhibitions of their work. Singularity is the connection between virtuality and reality. An increasing number of artworks are born virtually but why they are all framed by the physical screen? By giving artists exposure and creative opportunities, Singularity provides an unconventional exhibition mode, serves as a tool of the creative process but also as a platform that provides virtual exhibition experience.

A slide titled “ENTROPY Group Show” displays a metallic sculpture resembling a knot or chain against a blurred desert landscape background. The slide includes text describing the first exhibition hosted by Entropy, focusing on the thermodynamic quantity represented by the system’s thermal energy, interpreted as disorder or randomness. The “List of Works” section lists artists and their corresponding works, including Gabriel Lim’s “Abjection,” Yonlin Ma’s “Big Screen 2017,” and Basilie Fournier’s “Natural Artifacts.”A screenshot displays a digital visualization titled "SINGULARITY" at the top center. The visualization shows a grid of intersecting white lines against a background of blue-purple gridded patterns. A white dot is centered on the grid. Navigation buttons labeled "Create," "Explore," "About," and "Log In" are positioned along the top edge. The background is dark green, and the title is white.A person with shoulder-length brown hair with bangs and thin-framed glasses sits against a solid orange-brown background. They are wearing a white long-sleeved shirt with black buttons and black trim on the sleeves and collar. The shirt is open at the front, revealing a white undershirt. The person’s expression is neutral, and they are looking directly at the camera.
