Project Description

Project Description

Seize Your Power Days is campaign and website aimed at empowering women through basic knowledge about their bodies. And believe it or not, it all started with strippers. Seize Your Power Days explores research about beneficial behavioral and physical changes that occur in the days leading up to ovulation. By highlighting these unknown or under appreciated powers of the cycle, Seize Your Power Days shifts our focus to the new time of the month. Special attention has been paid to how a user inputs information into SeizeYourPowerDays.com as well as what the site outputs to you. To alleviate the need to log into the site, you may send SeizeYourPowerDays.com messages via email or SMS.
