Project Description

Project Description

Krasula is a pop-up pierogi bar that adds a much-needed modern Polish flavor to the bustling New York food scene. By reinterpreting the traditional pierogi using farm-fresh ingredients, we bring gourmet to the streets.

A gray and white model of a Krasila Pierogi Bar with red lettering spelling “Krasila” above the counter and a menu board listing food and drink items. Six red bar stools are arranged along the counter. The model is positioned against a white background.Three white plates are arranged on a white surface, each containing different food items. The top left plate holds thin, folded, light brown pastries, a small dollop of white cream, a sprinkle of brown powder, and a few thin, curved, light brown pieces. The top right plate contains small, round, dark blue berries, a small pile of dark brown crumbles, and a small dollop of white cream. The bottom plate holds several folded, light brown pastries, a small dollop of white cream, a small pile of red and orange pieces, and a small white swirl.A white plate holds seven dumplings arranged in a circular pattern. Each dumpling is topped with a sprinkling of white shredded cheese and a sprig of green chives. The dumplings have a pale, translucent appearance with a slightly browned edge. The plate is set against a plain white background. The image shows a white background with various food items and measuring spoons arranged on it. On the left side, there is a halved light green cucumber or zucchini. Next to it is a small pile of brown spice, likely cumin or coriander. Near the center, there is a small pile of yellow liquid, possibly olive oil. On the right side, there is a whole light brown onion, a whole light brown mushroom, and a small pile of white granulated sugar. Two measuring spoons are present: one larger spoon with measurement markings and a smaller spoon with measurement markings and text reading “1 Tbsp 1.25 tsp”.The image shows various ingredients arranged on a white background. On the left side, there are three white balls, a green basil leaf, and a halved ripe red tomato. In the center, there are two measuring spoons: one containing an amber liquid (likely oil) and the other filled with white flour. To the right of the flour, a whole onion, a black peppercorn, and a small pile of salt are visible. Two measuring spoons are also present: one measuring 1/2 teaspoon of salt and the other measuring 1/4 teaspoon of pepper. The image shows a stack of white rectangular cards, each with the text "TO YOUR HEALTH | NA ZDROWIE" written in a red, sans-serif font. A red ribbon is tied around the stack, partially obscuring the text "NA ZDROWIE". The top card prominently displays "Wardia PIER BAR" in large, bold letters. The cards are neatly stacked and appear to be part of a design for a product or service related to health or wellness.A white, fan-shaped object with red bands is centered on a white background. The object is composed of multiple white plastic forks arranged symmetrically around a central red rectangular piece. The forks are evenly spaced and point outward from the central red piece. The object is flat and appears to be made of a lightweight material.A red apron with a white heart-shaped patch on the chest pocket and the name "Krasula" embroidered in red is displayed against a white background. The apron has a wide neck and a single strap.A screenshot shows a webpage for Krasula Pierogi Bar. The top banner reads “Welcome to Krasula Pierogi Bar.” The menu bar includes “OUR MENU,” “WHERE TO FIND US,” “OUR HOME,” and “WHO IS KRASULA?” The date and time are displayed as 04/18 and 18:00. The webpage features circular images of various food items arranged around a central text message: “We believe that if you don’t like pierogi, you’ve been eating the wrong ones. We stay true to our Polish farm roots, with a twist of imagination. Offering tasty, fresh pierogi is what satisfies our soul.” A bar scale is visible at the bottom.
