Project Description

Project Description

Juneau provides guidance on birth control, empowering young women to feel confident about their choices, bodies, and health.

Three smartphones are displayed on a light gray surface. The leftmost phone is orange and displays the JUNEAU logo. The center phone is white and shows “Hello Lily,” “Activities,” “01 Birth Control Quiz,” “02 All Birth Control Options,” “03 Get Birth Control,” and “Explore Community.” The rightmost phone is white and shows “Explore all birth control options,” “Short-Acting Hormonal Methods,” “Combination Pills,” “Mini Pills,” and “Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptives (LARCs).”

Three mobile screens display the interface of a birth control app. The leftmost screen shows a magnifying glass over a calendar icon and the text "Explore birth control options" and "Sign up." The center screen displays a calendar icon with a person interacting with it and the text "Track birth control method & usage" and "Sign up." The rightmost screen shows two people, one in a red shirt and the other in a blue shirt, with the text "Connect with community" and "Sign up." All screens include icons for login and sign-up at the bottom.

The image shows a flowchart titled “FLOW PLAN” with four vertical screens connected by arrows. From left to right, the screens display: “Dashboard with Activities,” “Explore Birth Control Options,” “Tracking Tools,” and “Community.” The “Dashboard with Activities” screen shows a user interface with text fields and buttons. The “Explore Birth Control Options” screen displays a dark blue background with concentric circles and text about insurance coverage. The “Tracking Tools” screen shows a calendar and checklist with fields for pregnancy tests and schedules. The “Community” screen shows a chat interface with text fields and buttons for questions about birth control.

Two smartphones display the Junau app interface, showcasing a collage of images and text. The left phone shows a “Feeling Lost” message with a woman’s hand covering her face. The right phone displays a calendar with dates and app icons. A laptop screen displays a promotional image for “Junau,” featuring a family photo and text about breaking down barriers. A pink tote bag with circular patterns is positioned to the right.

A rectangular sign with a peach-colored background displays a photograph of a smiling woman with long brown hair. White curved lines are visible behind her. Text on the sign reads “your guide to everything birth control” above the word “JUNEAU” in bold, orange letters. The sign is mounted on a light-colored wall with visible concrete or stone panels beneath. Above the sign, a slatted wooden ceiling with recessed lighting is visible.

Three smartphones are displayed on a light pink surface, each showing a social media interface. The phone on the left displays Instagram, the center shows “Nervous,” and the right shows “Feeling Lost.” Each phone shows profile pictures, timestamps, and text messages. The phones are angled slightly, with black bezels and rounded corners.

A hand holds a dark red book with the word "JUN" prominently displayed in light pink letters. Below the word, smaller white text reads "what about se...". The background is a light teal gradient.

A mural on a wall depicts four panels, each showing a smartphone displaying different health-related apps or services. The left panel shows “JUNEAU” and “ANXIOUS” apps. The middle panel shows “UNSURE” and “EXPERIENCING PAIN” apps. The right panel shows “NERVOUS” and “TO healthcare providers”. The bottom of each panel displays “app.store” logos. The wall is covered in graffiti.
