**Featured Work:
**Bidar, a hilltop city in the north-eastern part of Karnataka state in India, is known to all through its glorious history and the beautiful monuments that stand tall even today. This publication aims at understanding the identity of Bidar through a different perspective with the help of people and parts of the city that are often overshadowed by the splendor of the monuments. Osman Gunj market, an integral part of the city, where so many people, practices, and cultures exist in harmony became the area of study to understand these aspects of Bidar and promote the lesser-known as not much has been written about it in the past.
