Following an inscription rubbing tour that began at Piazza del Popolo that lead to the basilica Santa Maria del Popolo, Mauro Zennaro guided students to our favorite book repository: La Biblioteca Angelica. Surrounded by some of the great volumes of the Western World, perhaps the greatest thrill was seeing an original copy of Giambattista Bodoni è Il Manuale Tipografico (1818) - the pages appearing as crisp as when first printed.
