Tuesday was the exclusive Roman vernacular typography and sign walk with Louise Fili. Following her lecture, which set the stage for the eclectic vernacular typography unique to Roman streets and piazzas. Workshop participants grabbed their cameras and memory chips. They recorded signs from around the Pantheon to Campo Fiore for shots of neon, orange wrappers and artichokes by the score.
