The day started with a brief history on Famous Italian printers and typographers. Then we went to their print lab where we did a composition of our individual design for a postcard - which we processed and made into plates, inked on paper, followed by type setting and printing our text content over it, all under the enthusiastic and encouraging guidance of the amazing RUFA (Roman University of Fine Arts) instructors. We left that place covered in ink, smell of processing chemicals and sore backs from standing all day, but smiling - now enriched with a new set of skills and souvenirs from Roma!
