The Paper Flower Craft Project by Maryam Allee (MFAD '13) sought to touch the community of a hospital through the crafting of tissue paper flowers. "I spent a day at Long Island College Hospital making crafty blooms with staff and visitors," says Allee, "leaving behind a visual book for future crafting events, and closed by delivering flowers to those in the Intensive Care Unit who can't receive living flowers."
