Laura Palese graduated from Yale University, with a B.A. in Art History. After a brief stint as a cake decorator, she worked as a book designer at Random House Publishers, and as a senior designer at Memo Productions, in New York City. She currently runs a small graphic design studio in Brooklyn, New York, specializing primarily in illustrated book design. When she's not working, Laura enjoys running, dinners with friends, and long Roman Holidays.
