Jesse Reed is the managing partner of Order, a Brooklyn-based design office specializing in brand identity systems and type design.
In addition to Order, Reed co-founded Standards Manual, an independent publishing imprint, in 2014 with Hamish Smyth (who is also a partner at Order). They are currently working on producing the Coca Cola archive as a book. Reed and Smyth worked previously together as designers and associate partners for Michael Bierut at the New York office of Pentagram Design. While at Pentagram, Reed’s clients included: Hillary for America, New York University, Wildlife Conservation Society, Bobby Flay, Phaidon, Upworthy, and the New York City Department of Transportation.
